Water's wars?

Little by little Lima (8 million inhabitants), begins to be seemed to most of megalopolis of the world : increment of its population density (4,5% /annual), increment of the delinquency (robberies, violations, abductions, murders), scarce urban planning to future (narrow streets, devious, walled, with grilles, with badly traffic lights, etc), disparities in the incomes (with generation of massive impoverished villages and putting the upper social classes to spaces each time more reduced), migrations from the field to the city (for lack of work and because Lima concentrates the 50% of the wealth of Peru), etc..

At the moment the problem of water in Lima, does not have to do with scarce reserves, but with distribuitive problems. In this sense, does not reach the drama (water'scarce), of Mexico City, although we can arrive to the same state, if it is not planned. In fact, a report of the BBC online, subscribes that Mexico City is consuming its water's reserves by leaps and bounds. 20 millions of its thirsty inhabitants, have given account in the last 50 years of the 40% of its reserves, while the center of the city, has itself sunken 4 meters. The continuous extraction of water of the subsoil generates lax lands. Wiith regard to that this area harbored in ancient times (before the Spanish Conquest) to an enormous and beautiful lake that encircled Mexico City. On the other hand in 11 African countries the fight by the water control, has occurred in tribal wars. ..Dangerous..the thing. ...
