FIRST GENETICALLY MODIFIED HUMAN
What will comes now, that we already count with animal and plants genetically modified?: The obvious thing: humans modified genetically (GM), with 2 objectives: a) to avoid and to increase the resistance to the illnesses b) to create men and supermen to will of their parents' order. According to the Sunday Times (May/11), this era began, when American scientists of the University of Cornell (2007), created the first human embryo genetically modified (GM), the same one that was destroyed 5 days, later. The team led by Nikica Zaninovic, appealed to genetic therapy.
For it, fluorescent genes were inserted in embryonic cells making they shone in the darkness. The modified embryo took 3 set of chromosomes instead of 2, to check if the cells, when being divided, were able to transmit that genetic information to daughters cells. After being divided during 3 days, all embryonic cells shone. Although the intention is to study how illnesses are developed, to generate stem cells but efficient, to correct genetic anomalies and to improve physical and cognitive human performances, it is easy to infer that the technique of modified genes, could be used to create more intelligent, more high, more athletic children, "babies by design" according to the will of their parents, with genetic advantage on the other ones. In theory any gene can be added to embryos.

PRIMER HUMANO, MODIFICADO GENETICAMENTE.
