STAR WAR





Under direction of the Missil Defence Agency, American military threw a High energy laser ray (Airborne Laser Testbed), to a missile of short-range (MARTI), generating an intense heat that disable its controls in less than 2 minutes. The Star War impelled by Ronald Reagan 30 years ago begins to be materialized. The operation carried out far from the coasts of California is an application of defensive technology against enemy missiles. The missile MARTI, of short reach was thrown from a naval platform. In seconds was detected by the ALTB by means of a ray laser of low energy and its own sensors. To track the missil the ALTB shot a second laser ray able to compensate and to measure atmospheric disturbances. Finally the ALTB shot against the missile its High Energy Laser, heating and disabling their critic structure. Although the ALTB is of low cost and can attack several targets at the same time, its current problem is that it has difficulties to act accurately but there of 100 kms. It is clear that the perfection of the ALTB, will turn in the future useless to many missiles and that concentrated energy will be the weapon of the future.


GUERRA DE LAS GALAXIAS


Bajo la dirección del Missil Defence Agency, militares americanos lanzaron un rayo laser de alta energía (Airborne Laser Testbed), a un misil de corto alcance (MARTI), generando un calor intenso que inutilizó sus controles en menos de 2 minutos. La Guerra de las Galaxias impulsada por Ronald Reagan hace mas de 30 años, empieza a materializarse. La operación realizada lejos de las costas de California es una aplicación de tecnología defensiva contra misiles enemigos. El misil MARTI, de corto alcance fué lanzado desde una plataforma naval. En segundos el ALTB lo detecto mediante un rayo laser de baja energía y sensores propios. Para rastrearlo El ALTB disparó un segundo rayo laser capaz de compensar y medir disturbios atmosféricos. Finalmente el ALTB disparó contra el misil su High Energy Laser, calentando e inutilizando su estructura critica. Aunque el ALTB es de bajo costo y puede atacar varios blancos a la vez, su problema actual es que tiene dificultades para actuar con precisión mas alla de los 100 km. Todo hace preveer que la perfección del ALTB, tornara inútiles a muchos misiles y que la energía concentrada será el arma del futuro.
