OBAMA WON BY HUMAN INTRAGROUP COOPERATION

David Rand, Thomas Pfeiffer, Anna Dreber et al, recruited 790 democratic youths (age average :30,3, 58% : women), of public spaces of Cambridge/MA, writing down the changes of their preferences for Obama or Hillary Clinton, during 3 events of the 2008, presidential campaign a): June/10-18, after the speech of concession of Clinton b) August/9-14, before the beginning of the National Democratic Convention (DNC) and c) September /2-5, after the DNC, being demonstrated remodelling of group identities (for political ideas, genre, ethnicity, etc), in adherents to Obama or Clinton. After the speech of concession of Clinton (June/2008), democratic males were more generous toward Obama, while mature women not, attitude that persisted until August and disappeared in September after the DNC and before the republican candidate's emergent presence : Sarah Palin, being assumed that these changes of group identity gave the victory to Obama.
Changes that followed the rules of the dictator's game (usual behavior in business), in which not to opt them implies big economic losses. The intragroups of a society battles among them for resources but they unite forces if are attacked by a powerful third. Good example of favoritism existent along our history, that become according to the circumstances in human cooperation.

Cambios que siguieron las reglas del juego del dictador (conducta usual en negocios), en los que no optarlos implica grandes pérdidas económicas. Los intragrupos de una sociedad batallan entre ellos por los recursos pero unen fuerzas si son atacados por un tercero poderoso. Un buen ejemplo de favoritismo existente a lo largo de nuestra historia, devenido según las circunstancias en cooperación humana.
